Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with Ray’s Iron Design, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

All products are custom-made and final sale once production begins.
You are responsible for approving all design details, including spelling, layout, size, and finish.
Lead times are estimates: 2–4 weeks for standard builds and 4–8 weeks for large or complex projects.
Changes requested after production begins may result in additional charges.
Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control; damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Outdoor signs may naturally age or patina over time; this is not considered a defect.
Ray’s Iron Design’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Return and Refund Policy

Because all products from Ray’s Iron Design are custom-made to order, all sales are final once production has begun.

Custom signs, personalized items, and made-to-order products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Orders cannot be canceled once materials are ordered or fabrication has started.
If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
In the rare event of a defect caused by workmanship, Ray’s Iron Design will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
